Terms of Service

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract.
• Not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be listed on any government sanctions or watch list.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) to the tier required for your activity on the Service.

You must register an account with accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Gold.bt uses a tiered Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process:

• Tier 1 verification (identity document check) is required before your first purchase.
• Tier 2 (enhanced) verification is required once your cumulative purchases cross the threshold disclosed in the Service.
• We may request additional documentation at any time, and may suspend account activity until verification is complete.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture as described in Section 8.

Gold.bt allows verified customers to purchase allocated, investment-grade physical gold (sold in fixed-weight units, e.g. 20g bars) held in secure, insured, third-party vaulted storage on your behalf. Each gram purchased is fully allocated to you and is not commingled with Gold.bt's own assets or re-lent, re-hypothecated, or otherwise encumbered.

Gold.bt facilitates the purchase and redemption of this product through partner custodians and fulfilment agents. Gold.bt does not itself store, transport, or physically deliver gold except through such partners.

Prices displayed on the Service (spot price, buy price, sell price) are indicative only and refresh periodically. They are strictly not binding on Gold.bt. The price at which your order is actually executed is fixed at the time your payment is confirmed and may differ from the price you last viewed. Gold.bt has sole and final discretion to determine the executed price, subject to the tolerance disclosed in the Service.

Orders are irrevocable once payment is confirmed on-chain or otherwise settled. Gold.bt reserves the right to reject, delay, or reverse an order where required by law, where fraud is suspected, or where a payment cannot be matched to a valid order within the quote window.

The Service currently accepts payment in supported stablecoins (e.g. USDT) over supported networks (e.g. TRON, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain), and any other payment methods disclosed in the Service from time to time. You are solely responsible for sending payment from a wallet you control, to the exact deposit address and network shown for your order, within the stated payment window. Gold.bt is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or after a quote has expired.

Verified holdings may be redeemed for physical delivery by generating a redemption claim through the Service and presenting it at a participating outlet, subject to identity verification at pickup. Redemption is subject to outlet stock availability, and to any import duties, customs fees, or local regulatory requirements applicable to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring your redemption complies with the laws of your transit and destination jurisdictions.

Gold.bt may charge transaction, spread, storage, or redemption fees as disclosed in the Service at the time of your order. Fees in effect at the time of a transaction apply to that transaction; fee changes do not apply retroactively.

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, including anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CFT) regulations.
• Provide false identity or KYC information, or act on behalf of a third party without disclosure.
• Attempt to circumvent KYC tiers, purchase limits, or account restrictions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or blocking of your account, cancellation of pending orders, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Gold.bt may suspend, block, or terminate your account at its discretion where required for legal or regulatory compliance, to prevent fraud or abuse, or for breach of these Terms. Blocking an account revokes all active sessions immediately. Where reasonably possible, Gold.bt will notify you of the reason for suspension and any steps available to restore access.

Purchasing gold involves risk, including price volatility and redemption logistics risk. Please read our Risk Disclosures before using the Service. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold.bt and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses from price movements, payment errors caused by you, or delays outside Gold.bt's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction, e.g. the Kingdom of Bhutan], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in [dispute forum / arbitration body].
